The natives prepare quantity needed for the day, they can also take some of the portions made from the kitchen and sell the products whole at a fresh market.. Both sides make income.. The resort supplies the food ingrediants the natives provide the labor and both earn from the agreements.
You need to change your "market" style. How do you keep food fresh on an Island?. You need to offer fresh cusine that is native to the Island. You dont need to offer the comforts of home. You need to offer, exotic, once in a lifetime cusine that only Bora, Bora can provide..
